Humanitarian Action today has to take into account political, cultural, legal and health dimensions. The NOHA Fall School 2018 will be conducted by university staff and field actors in order to provide professionals with a global approach and specific tools.

The Fall School aims at training professionals dealing with projects in humanitarian action (HA) in order to give them a critical overview of HA in a multidisciplinary perspective and the relevant information for the evaluation of projects.

Target audience includes civil servants, staff from local, international and civil society organisations, and more generally those who are involved in HA and feel the need to upgrade their basic knowledge and skills.

The NOHA Fall School is run by the NOHA Network on Humanitarian Action and the day-to-day management is supervised by Prof Catherine Gourbin, NOHA Director at the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) in Belgium.

For examples of the programme, see 2017,2016 and 2015 editions.
